
Tarara is a traditional fan once used to clean cereals, separating the wheat from the chaff. Chef João Duarte keeps one from his grandparents, displayed at the heart of the restaurant’s living room, and it became the starting point for the brand identity.
The menu combines predominantly Asian and South American influences, with touches of Iberian cuisine. This cultural diversity is reflected in the brand through vibrant, colourful illustrations that bring energy and personality to the identity.
