I’m Sara, a multidisciplinary designer based in Dubai, originally from the south of Portugal.
My design journey began studying architecture in Lisbon, where I unexpectedly fell in love with graphic design.
Armed with degrees in both Architecture and Graphic Design, I've crafted a career that blends these disciplines.
I specialise in graphic and wayfinding design, creating from brand identities to environmental graphics, wayfinding,
and signage. My approach is human-centric, ensuring design serves functionality while engaging the senses.
A strategic thinker at heart, I believe in the power of emotions and a touch of hand-crafted detail to elevate projects.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with high-profile clients such as Adidas, Google, and Biogen, as well as esteemed architectural firms like Frank Gehry Architects, UNStudio, and Roar Design. My work in Dubai has involved projects for Aman Hotels, Amaala in the Red Sea, Emaar and Yas Bay, where I have refined my skills in managing and innovating on large-scale projects.
It also excites me to work with smaller businesses and young entrepreneurs where I can work with a holistic design approach that spans from strategy and brand identity to environmental graphic design.
