Tarara is a fan used to clean cereals, it separates the wheat from the chaff.
Chef João Duarte have one, that were from his grandparents, and is in exhbition in the middle of the restaurant's living room.
The Tarara was the starting point for the brand identity development. 
The menu is predominantly Asian and South American, and it also have some Iberian dishes,  these diversity of cultures is reflectected in the colourful illustrations.
